The holiday season always seems to arrive at just the right moment.
After a busy year, taking some time away over Christmas and New Year was exactly what I needed. Getting out of the house—away from the usual to-dos, distractions, and responsibilities—gave me the space to truly rest and reset. There’s something powerful about stepping away from your everyday environment to recharge, and this year it made all the difference.
One of the best parts of the break was the quality time with my family. No rushing, no schedules—just being present, sharing moments, and enjoying each other’s company. I also had the chance to spend time with friends during the holiday, something that always reminds me how important those connections are, especially when life gets busy.
Now that I’m back home, I’m back in action and easing into the year. I’m slowly picking up momentum on my next big project—a project that’s been in the works for a while. Progress hasn’t been fast, and juggling it on my own while working has definitely been a challenge. But even slow progress is still progress. And I’m excited to share everything with you over the next couple of months.
Of course, pushing through has come with a few aches and pains along the way. Thankfully, nothing a good PEMF mat session and some time in the massage chair can’t sort out. Recovery is just as important as the work itself, and I’m leaning into that more this year.
I’m stepping into the new year refreshed, grateful, and ready for what’s ahead.
Stay tuned—some exciting things are coming.
