My First 4 Weeks on the PEMF Mat – A Game Changer for My Back Pain
Hi everyone,
As promised, here’s my first update after using the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat – and wow, what a journey it’s been so far!
For those who don’t know, I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for over 30 years. Over the last decade, it steadily worsened to the point where my back would seize up, leaving me unable to stand up straight. I’d get intense spasms and sharp electric-shock-like pains that made even the slightest movement unbearable. I was stiff, sore, and often barely able to move for weeks at a time until the inflammation eventually eased off.
I’ve always been active and sporty, which unfortunately only aggravated things. It wasn’t until I finally saw a doctor and pushed for an X-ray that I discovered the real issue: I have severe facet joint arthropathy and osteophytes (also known as bone spurs). These bony growths develop as the body attempts to repair cartilage damage and stabilize joints. But instead, they cause inflammation, stiffness, and ongoing pain – especially during movement and exercise.
To manage this, I relied heavily on anti-inflammatories and painkillers. But I didn’t want to live on medication forever. I knew there had to be another way. That’s when I came across the QRS PEMF mat and applicator pillow. After reading many positive stories from others with chronic back pain, I decided to give it a go – and I’m so glad I did.
For the last 4 weeks, I’ve used the PEMF mat consistently 5 to 6 times a week. And the results have been life-changing.
✅ My back pain has reduced by at least 50%
✅ I haven’t needed any painkillers or anti-inflammatories
✅ The stiffness & pain, especially in my lower back, is down by 50%
✅ I’m walking 4–5 km daily with only 20% pain instead of 70-80%
This has truly been a game changer for me. I’ve made it part of my weekly routine, and I feel more in control of my health and future. I want to be active as I get older and avoid ending up bedridden like my dear mum, who also suffered from severe back issues.
There are so many other benefits I’ve noticed too, but I’ll save those for another blog post soon!
If you’re struggling with joint inflammation, Osteoarthritis of the spine, Osteophytes, Degenerative Disc Disease, Sciatica, Chronic lower back pain, Muscle spasms and back tension, Fibromyalgia-related back pain & Postural back pain, I genuinely encourage you to look into trying PEMF therapy. It might just change your life like it’s changed mine.
